WARM VINYASA

A dynamic flowing yoga practice using breath to cultivate strength, focus, and calm of body and mind. Lightly warmed to 26 degrees for a powerful practice that makes for a deeply satisfying savasana to finish.

Please bring your own mat and water (mats available to purchase for $10).
