Intro to Yoga is a 2hr workshop for students with little or no yoga experience, or those wishing to re-visit the foundations of yoga. This small-class setting is an ideal way to learn the fundamentals of a safe, healthy yoga practice. True North Yoga founder and principal teacher Tanya will introduce basic concepts of a complete yoga practice, including:
  • Asana (Postures)
  • Pranayama (Breath work)
  • Philosophy
  • Meditation
WHAT YOU NEED
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, a bottle of water and comfortable clothing.
