This is the PERFECT time to be up and practicing according to yoga's sister-science, Ayurveda (Traditional Indian Medicine). There's a natural stillness at the transition from night-to-day that that is condusive to our state of mind during practice (ie. you'll get the most out of it!), and in practical terms you can be back home by 7am to prep for the day feeling great.

Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday  at 5.30am we take you through a 60min practice to prime you for the day.
