WARM VINYASA

A dynamic flowing yoga practice using the breath to cultivate strength, focus, and calm of body and mind. This Vinyasa class is lightly warmed to 28 degrees to support the warming of muscles for a more dynamic practice.

Please bring your own mat and water (mats available to purchase for $10).
