WARM SET SEQUENCE

This class is based on the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series. This style of yoga focuses on flowing breath, movement, and drishti (or gaze). 

A study on Ashtanga Yoga revealed that these three ingredients combined bring incredible mental focus and connection with the body for a very grounding and centered practice. 

There is also particular benefit derived from practicing the same sequence, letting go of thoughts around 'what's coming next', we can also clearly observe the changes in our practice.
