YOGA FLOW + optional meditation

A flowing yoga practice suitable for all levels of yoga experience using the breath to generate focus, strength, release, and calm of body and mind. Following this class enjoy an optional FREE 15-minute guided meditation.

Please bring your yoga mat and a towel to place over studio equipment (mats available to purchase).

Please cancel your reservation minimum 4hrs prior to the class if you can't make it (cancellation fee applies). Some classes fill so cancelling will give someone else the opportunity to attend if you can’t make it.
