YOGALATES

Yogalates is a fusion of yoga and Pilates and focuses on strengthening and utilising the structural core muscles through Pilates based exercises, while integrating the asanas (postures) and philosophy of yoga.

Yogalates improves alignment, body awareness, movement patterns, and breath awareness for optimal functional movement and mindfulness. Classes include a combination of static holds, repetitions, slow flow, and balances with your usual deeply satisfying savasana to finish.

Please bring your yoga mat and a towel to place over studio equipment (mats available for purchase).


Please cancel your reservation minimum 4hrs prior to the class if you can't make it (cancellation fee applies). Some classes fill so cancelling will give someone else the opportunity to attend if you can’t make it.
