Induction/ Private lessons are fantastic for:
- An induction if you are new to yoga
- Prenatal guidance if you wish to join group classes
- Checking in on those things you're not sure about in your practice
- A specific injury, illness, or condition you are working with
- Supporting a sport or event you are training for
- Developing your practice with one-on-one attention to your specific needs
- An indivudualized program to support your goals
Allow 1-hour for your session where we will take a thorough history, determine the goals for your yoga practice, and establish a plan. This can be a one-off session or you may wish to book a 3-Session pass.
