HIIT YOGA

A yoga class and a HIIT class (high intensity interval training) rolled into one! These classes are also sometimes called "yoga sculpt" and are a combination of high-intensity, cardio-based flows that will get your heart rate going and muscles working finishing with some slow-flow to stretch and release. All linked together with mindful breath and movement a time to pause and reboot.

Please bring your yoga mat and a towel to place over studio equipment (mats available for purchase).


Please cancel your reservation minimum 4hrs prior to the class if you can't make it (cancellation fee applies). Some classes fill so cancelling will give someone else the opportunity to attend if you can’t make it.
