MAT EXERCISE (with Barossa Physiotherapy)

These classes are based on traditional Pilates but not strictly all Pilates-based, and designed to stretch, strengthen, and restore.


Physiotherapists tailor the class to those in attendance on the day.  All you need is to be comfortable getting onto and off of the floor. 


Please bring a mat, and a towel to place over studio equipment (mats available for purchase).
