Āyurvedic Yoga fuses the sister sciences of yoga and āyurveda into a system of practice that addresses both the āyurvedic mind-body type (dosha) and the energetic and elemental qualities present in the moment. Each class is uniquely designed to create true balance and harmony in mind, body, and spirit.
These classes are beginner friendly, but at the same time for advanced practitioners interested in getting the most out of their practice.
