This 45 minute  class provides the perfect opportunity for you to learn simple pranayama techniques to develop mental quiet, reduce symptoms of stress and fatigue, and enhance your day. Take time out from the hectic world to explore this calm, quiet breathing space.
Suitable for Level 1 and Level 2 students (minimum 3 months Iyengar yoga experience).
