Develop long and lean muscle, improve balance and enhance your flexibility with our Barre class. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. You will gain strength, and tone those hard-to-target muscles in your core, arms, and legs. This class is for anyone—no matter your age, weight, or fitness level—can hit the bar and get results.
