As the weather gets colder, your training doesn't have to stop.  Bring your workouts in doors and increase your muscle endurance, enhance your cardio, build strength and develop coordination.  This class will challenge and push you to be ready for Spring activities.  This is a great class for cross training during the winter and will accommodate all fitness levels.
