Leslie's Mash Up

This class will be a mix of boot camp, circuit and HIIT exercises. This hour long class will target your muscular endurance, strength and burn fat. Participants will work through various exercises for either a set amount of time or number of reps. Leslie will motivate and push you for a great full body workout.
