A mat class with an emphasis on building core strength for the running body. This class will focus on undoing all that running does to your body and providing you with an awareness of your that you can transfer into your track workouts, hill workouts and your long weekend runs. Through 55 minutes spent on the mat, your body will be lengthened and strengthened so you can continue to pound the pavement, keeping injuries at bay while you strive for your personal best. All levels welcome.
