Suitable for beginners, experienced yogis and anyone who wants to take control of the health of their back, improve mobility or relieve pain.
This means you want to develop Core Stability, and this class is for you.
Learn how to use a 90cm foam roller, swiss ball and pilates exercises to strengthen your core muscles.  Combine these intelligent exercises with therapeutic yoga poses to create health and wellbeing.
You will gain freedom of movement in your spine, shoulders, neck and hips, and you will learn ways to practice at home or at work.
