Here’s what to expect at the consultation:

  1. We will identify current lifestyle practices, goals, and reason for change
  2. I’ll take measurements to identify a baseline
  3. We will go through a warm-up, mobility assessment, strength circuit, then conditioning circuit
  4. Once we are done with your workout, I will identify your strengths and areas to improve
  5. We will identify homework that will improve your health that is aligned to your goal
  6. I will outline the best program Embody Fitness offers that fits your needs
