Duet sessions require both partners to be present. Missed sessions due to one or both partners being absent cannot be split or transferred.
If you travel or miss sessions and cannot make them up, we can reschedule or push back your renewal date.
Credits never expire and may be used at any time, even if you pause your membership.
No refunds are available. If you cancel mid-membership, remaining sessions will be issued as credits.
