To cancel, please email [email protected] at least 14 days before your membership renews. If you travel or miss sessions and cannot make them up, we can push back your renewal date. Credits never expire and can be used anytime, even if you need to pause your membership. No refunds are available. Credits will be issued if you cancel in the middle of an active membership.
