Gentle Yoga

This class is a slower paced practice that will incorporate breathing basics, gentle movement to improve joint health, gentle stretching to restore range of motion and increase vitality. This practice is ideal for any student with health concerns.  The last class of every month will be restorative.  All levels welcome.
