Wall Yoga

 

We will have fun exploring familiar yoga poses using the wall as a prop!  The wall provides a safe place to up level strength, flexibility, and balance poses.  This yoga class is suitable for all level and is designed to just have fun and explore yoga in a new way.

              Warm up

              Musical Sun Salutations

              Wall Series

              Standing Series

              Restorative/Yin style cool down
