 Build heat as you focus on consistent, fluid movement. Instructor will encourage you to work hard in a kind loving way. A very authentic and caring practice. Advanced poses and other options for building strength will be offered too. Namaste.
What does vinyasa mean in yoga?
A vinyasa (Sanskrit: विन्यास, IAST: vinyāsa) is a smooth transition between asanas in styles of modern yoga as exercise such as Vinyasa Krama Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Bikram Yoga, especially when movement is paired with the breath.
