Reduce a stress AND Inflammation, aid your digestive system AND boost your metabolism. Get a natural AND  healthy glow without having to head to a heated studio!! We will use traditional spices/teas to heat things as we settle in for meditation strength, and core work. Poses are held for 2 or more breaths allowing time to focus on the details of alignment and build internal heat.  Inversions, Advanced Poses , and Essential oils are totally optional.
