A basic beginner's Hatha class to help improve flexibility, balance, and mindfulness,  Hatha yoga postures are good for anyone new to yoga, or an avid yogi. Learn yogic breathing and meditation techniques to help you relax the mind and reduce stress. please note:occasionally their is a new student teacher ,sub to teach this class.
