A 45-minute strength-focused group training session designed to build muscle, improve endurance, and boost overall fitness. Using a combination of barbells, dumbbells,  and bodyweight exercises, this class targets all major muscle groups for a balanced and effective workout. Expect a mix of compound and isolation movements, controlled tempos, and progressive overload to help you gain strength and confidence. Suitable for all levels, with modifications available.
