This Monday morning class will give your body and mind a boost for the week ahead. You will be guided through an mindfully sequenced vinyasa flow where you receive the benefit of collective energy, breath and movement with others. First some pranayama will help to eliminate excess carbon dioxide from the body and provide a rich supply of oxygen to the blood. Followed by a dynamic Asana class that strengthens the muscles and increases your flexibility, you will leave the class energized and ready to start your week.
Classes are held in English and German.

Our beautiful space is in Seefeld, 2 minutes walking from Wildbachstrasse tram stop and Tiefenbrunnen train station.
