Life is manifold, in our life journey experiences come in all different shapes and flavors. Yoga has flavors too. Stretching out, sitting cross-legged, expanding the chest, breathing peacefully - has a flavor. A strenuous physical practice has a flavor…and a salty taste as well.  Savasana has a flavor.

In this series of yoga classes you will be introduced to different yoga teachers. We offer you a mix’n’match up with different flavors, styles and ideas!

Rooted in yoga, this class aims to expand your experience with new concepts that may sometimes lie out of your regular practice or even out of your yoga mat. Leaving the comfort zone requires courage and boosts creativity, challenges to think out-of-the-box. In exchange, we get an opportunity to broaden our perspectives and expand our limits into a space of infinite possibilities.

The class will match the student’s needs and experience and is designed for all practitioners’ levels.

Come with an open heart and a childlike curiosity! 

Open to all levels.

This class is being taught by 4 different teachers on a rotating basis. Please check the schedule for the exact rotation.
