Meditation and Pranayama with Christina Trefry
In the wisdom tradition of Yoga, the breath is used as a vehicle for self-awareness and focus that we can use to carry us inward.
That deeper connection leads us to a sense of peace and tranquility.
Meditation begins as we bring our awareness to the breath, following its movements and the natural sensations of its elements.
Join us for this one hour class where we will learn a breath awareness technique, practice a seated meditation together and have some time for journaling, feedback, and Q & A .
 Wear comfortable clothing to sit in, bring a cushion to sit on and a journal to write in.
