JOY Class Levels

Ground Level:  New Practitioners and Beginners (breathing techniques, yoga philosophy, foundational posturing, proper alignment, learning the edge of your strength and flexibility, modifications using props) recommended for new to yoga students or those that enjoy this type of practice.  It is suitable for everyone.  Very enjoyable.

Level One: Gentle Yoga (breathing techniques, yoga philosophy, easy on joints, not a lot of muscle engagement, restorative) recommended for new to yoga students looking for comfort and non strenuous practice.  A great compliment to other levels.
