Perfect for complete Beginners, those who are wanting to reignite or re-start their practice after a break, we will journey through Breath, Body & Mind, looking at the foundations and fundamentals of Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga, to create a safe practice that is medicine for YOUR body.
We will touch on Breath ( Pranayama), Postures/Body ( Asanas) Mind ( Meditation) Mudras ( hand seals) Mantras ( chants/invocations) and Bandhas ( body locks) .
