This course teaches you the fundamentals of the Vinyasa style of Yoga. Working at bringing strength, flexibility, stability and awareness to your body AND your mind. We work towards building your confidence in the foundational asanas (physical postures), Pranayama (breath work) and Meditation, exploring a little yogic philosophy, talking about life big questions & in general and getting to know yourself again.

You will finish feeling calmer, lighter and hopefully more luminous. And you will be able to confidently attend our Awaken or maybe even our Ignite Flow Classes and even start your own home practice.

You will receive individual attention as the course is limited to only 10 people and you will also receive a Yogi Goodie Bag, filled with some special treats from me including Chai sampler, Home Sequencing Sheets, treats & more.
