If you've always wanted to try Yoga, but been too scared to come to a class because you can't touch your toes, then this is YOUR course.

This course teaches you the fundamentals of the Vinyasa style of Yoga. Working at bringing strength, flexibility, stability and awareness to your body AND your mind. We work towards building your confidence in the foundational asanas (physical postures), Pranayama (breath work) and Meditation, exploring a little yogic philosophy, talking about life big questions, in general and getting to know yourself again.

You will finish feeling calmer, lighter and hopefully more luminous. And you will be able to confidently attend our Awaken or maybe even our Ignite Flow Classes and even start your own home practice.

You will also receive a $40 Intro Pass which will give you UNLIMITED YOGA and will be active on your first use after your Intro Course! 


You will receive individual attention as the course is limited to only 10 people and you will also receive a Yogi Goodie Bag, filled with some special treats from me including Chai sampler & chocies and more.
