Setting the foundation for a safe Vinyasa Yoga ( or ANY Yoga practice) practice is fundamentally moving with attention & intention and knowing that this will change day to day, month to month each time you step onto your mat. Your body, like life, is always in a state of change, but coming back to moving from a sense of strength and softness, finding that deep within & finding the balance between the two Yoga. 

In this 3 Hour session, we will look at how we can protect and strengthen our joints and flow from a place of fluidity and ease, even if we're being still. This solid foundation, sets you up to explore the artful approach to living that Vinyasa Yoga gives you. It should leave you feeling Strong, Soft and Expansive.

This will be taught in a workshop style - where there will be plenty off time for questions and lots of time given to fully explore your body and which variations work best for you.

We start with the breath and then begin at the feet and work through the hips, spine and shoulders, looking at common postures, flows ( Such as Surya Namaskar A & B) the less traditional variations and more. 

This is suitable for complete beginners and those seasoned Yogis looking to refine their alignment.
