Based in Mat Pilates, we incorporate body weight, small equipment and resistance to strengthen and tone the muscles of your core, arms, legs, hips and thighs. Experience that Pilates burn as we finish with yoga stretching to increase flexibility. Improve your posture and feel strong in your body all while having more zen and focus.
This class is for all levels. Modifications are offered when necessary.
