In this meditative class we explore flow with breath to warm up the body, long held standing postures to strengthen the body, and finish in the tradition of Yin yoga;  releasing connective tissue.  Props are also incorporated to facilitate ease in postures. 
This multi-level class is perfect if you are stressed and need to release the body as well as re-focus the mind. No yoga experience needed, any level practioner will benefit from this class.
