Kids Storytime Yoga

Your preschool-aged kiddos are invited to join Miss Emmi for Kids Storytime Yoga. We'll use picture books, yoga poses, breathing, mindful movement, music, and coloring to build self-awareness, emotional regulation, body awareness, concentration, and more. And we'll have fun!
