Mommy & Me Pilates — 45 Minutes
This 45-minute Mommy & Me Pilates class is designed to support moms and motherhood while bonding with their babies
Expect a low-impact, full-body Pilates workout that focuses on core strength, posture, glutes, arms, and overall functional movement—while your baby stays right by your side.
This class is baby-wearing friendly, stroller-friendly, and welcoming to all stages of postpartum. Babies are welcome on a mat, in a carrier, or in your arms, and moms are always encouraged to pause, feed, soothe, or tend to their little one as needed—no pressure, no judgment.
Movements are intentional, empowering, and scalable, with options provided so you can meet your body exactly where it is. The goal is not perfection, but connection—movement that strengthens your body while creating space for community, confidence, and care.
No prior Pilates experience required
