Preteen/Teen Yoga
Preteen/Teen Yoga! Take a break from your hectic week and find calm, quiet and fun on your mat. Through yoga and connection, one learns tools for coping in times of stress and/or chaos. Mindfulness and breathing techniques will be integrated into the class. Yoga poses help improve concentration, coordination, and self awareness.
