You must be a member of SDFWA - you do not need to be a Shop Member.
Students will learn to operate basic woodworking power tools:
- Table Saw
- Band Saw
- Jointer
- Planer
- Sander
- Router
Students will learn how to mill lumber flat and square in preparation for Part 2 - where a step stool will be constructed.
Completing Part 1 should give you the skills to pass the machine safety test to work in the Shop independently.
The cost for this class is $195 - which includes all materials.
