The class will be both classroom instruction and hands on with a Scroll saw. Both event will take place in the Classroom.
Student will learn:
A. Scroll saw safety
B. Basic Scroll saw intro
C. Blade selection and types of materials to cut
D. Patterns; How where to get them, how to apply them to your project
E. Scroll saw familiarization (on the saw you will be using)
F. Basic cutting
G. Cutting some small shapes to take home.
Note:
1) Saws, blades, patterns and wood will be provided.
check with the instructor if you want to bring your own saw)
2) Each person will have to provide their own ppe ( safety goggles).
