Creatively move and energize each of Nia's 52 Moves. The MOVE it™ format blends mindful awareness with cardiovascular, anaerobic and reflexive conditioning. It is fun, brain fitness as we dance each move on the fly!

You'll deepen whole-body connection by focusing on the base moves first, then layer core and upper body. Receive movement details and tips to learn + improve your movement skill of Nia’s 52 Moves while you listen + dance to the music.
