Get ready to IGNITE!!

Immerse yourself in the hara-centered spirals, rhythms and moves of IGNITE, Nia's upcoming routine release for January 2020 -- created by choreographer Ann Christiansen.  Song by song, I'll share how to simplify to embody the moves, tune into the music cues, and layer choreography to gain insight as a teacher or student. Immersions are a powerful, fun way to embody moves, play in community and share the joy of movement. Personally, you will walk away 'thinking' less and enjoying the dance more. All levels of Nia experience welcome! My immersions are for  students, belt grads and teachers. If you are planning to teach IGNITE, you must be licensed Nia teacher member.
