Vinyasa flow yoga based on the Ashtanga method coordinating movement with breath to flow from one position to the other. It is the focus on learning good-quality breathing during asana practice that links our bodies and minds, bringing about a clear focus and calm mind. There is no set sequence, and the style of instruction varies from teacher to teacher, giving you variety in your practice. All levels welcome. Bring a yoga mat or rent one from us for R10.
