This advanced lower body class uses supersets with compound exercises that focus on the quadriceps, hamstrings, and gluteal muscles. Almost all of the supersets also include a plyometric exercise. So not only will you build muscle and improve strength, but you'll also torch calories, and train your body for more explosive and responsive movements.
While the focus of the workout is the lower body, your whole body will be challenged during this session. Expect to use your core, chest, back, and arms to stabilize the body for many of these moves.
