Description
Our Small Group Training has a maximum of 8 people per class. Improve strength, agility and stability through core focused functional training. This class will consist of moderate to high intensity circuit training in which each exercise is performed for 45-60 seconds. Circuits include 6-8 exercises and rest breaks are taken after completion of each circuit. Modifications are always available to fit each individual’s fitness level. 

Safety is of primary concern, and participants will never be asked to continue an exercise if form breaks down or the exercise becomes painful. The smaller group training allows for the coach and other participants there to help you get through the challenges of the workout and the obstacles in life, they are more affordable than one-on-one training, they are fun, and you will see some incredible Results – When you stick with a well-constructed program, you will see and feel the desired results!!. 

Single session group camps are $30.00 + hst = $33.90
