Beginning Apparatus Class incorporates work on both the Reformer and Tower for comprehensive training. Clients will begin to build core strength, create muscle length and definition, as well as greater stability while learning to work with resistance using the spring system on the apparatus.

"Grippy" socks are required for class. (Socks available for purchase at the studio.)

Please refrain from putting oils/lotions on prior to class.
