Beginning Mat Class

Beginning Mat Class sets the foundation for all mat work. Clients will learn 18 primary exercises that build and strengthen the abdominal core (the "powerhouse"). The exercises and tools developed in this class will build strength, increase flexibility and agility, improve balance, as well as help to form a greater body awareness.
"Grippy" socks are required for class. (Socks available for purchase at the studio.)
Please refrain from putting oils/lotions on prior to class.
Most clients bring their own mat; however, if you need to borrow one, the studio will provide a mat for you to use.
