Flow Yoga is not just physical practice, but also a moving meditation. As you flow through the sequences, you will have the opportunity to let got of distractions, quiet the mind, and find a sense of presence and inner peace. Throughout the class, we will emphasize the importance of breath awareness, encouraging you to synchronize your breath with the movements. This breath-body connection will help you find a sense of calm and focus, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the practice and cultivate a meditative state of mind.
