Gentle Morning Yoga is a fantastic way to either start your yoga practice or continue your yoga practice! With 45 minutes of slow flow restorative yoga lead by an instructor that is familiar with all different body types. The class will start out with gentle breathing exercises and gentle stretching, opening up all of the muscles in the top half of the body and letting stressful things go. After the warm up the class will shift to slow moving prone and supine positions. These positions will open up the hips and shoulders bring peace and harmony to the mind and body.
